Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Business Studies Teacher to join our team in Nottingham. This exciting role offers the opportunity to teach students across KS4 and KS5 inspiring them to engage with key business concepts and prepare for future success in the world of business and entrepreneurship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging Business Studies lessons for KS4 and KS5 students covering topics such as business operations marketing finance and entrepreneurship.
- Develop a curriculum that offers realworld insights into business encouraging students to critically apply concepts.
- Regularly assess student progress providing detailed feedback to help them improve their Business Studies understanding.
- Create a motivating and inclusive classroom environment where students are encouraged to explore and develop their Business Studies knowledge.
- Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the growth and success of the Business Studies department.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A degree in Business Studies Economics or a related subject.
- A recognised teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE QTS or equivalent).
- Experience teaching Business Studies at KS4 and KS5.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to make business concepts engaging and accessible.
