Job Description
Join our innovative school in Derby as a Computing Teacher where you will inspire and guide students through the exciting world of Computing from KS3 to KS5. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to shape the next generation of techsavvy students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective Computing lessons across KS3 KS4 and KS5.
- Develop a curriculum that enhances students problemsolving and technical skills.
- Regularly assess and track student progress providing feedback to support their development.
- Foster a positive inclusive classroom culture that encourages collaboration and innovation.
- Work with the department to share best practices and ensure continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A degree in Computing Computer Science or a related field.
- A teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE QTS or equivalent).
- Experience teaching Computing at KS3 KS4 and KS5.
