Job Description

Join our innovative school in Derby as a Computing Teacher where you will inspire and guide students through the exciting world of Computing from KS3 to KS5. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to shape the next generation of techsavvy students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective Computing lessons across KS3 KS4 and KS5.
  • Develop a curriculum that enhances students problemsolving and technical skills.
  • Regularly assess and track student progress providing feedback to support their development.
  • Foster a positive inclusive classroom culture that encourages collaboration and innovation.
  • Work with the department to share best practices and ensure continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A degree in Computing Computer Science or a related field.
  • A teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE QTS or equivalent).
  • Experience teaching Computing at KS3 KS4 and KS5.
