Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Maths Teacher to join our school in Derby where you will inspire students across KS3 KS4 and KS5 to achieve their full potential in mathematics and develop a love for the subject.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons across KS3 KS4 and KS5.
- Develop a curriculum that challenges students to excel and deepen their understanding of key mathematical concepts.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide feedback to support their development.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages active participation and independent learning.
- Work with colleagues to contribute to the success of the Maths department.
Qualifications and Experience:
- A degree in Mathematics or a related subject.
- A teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE QTS or equivalent).
- Proven experience teaching Maths at KS3 KS4 and KS5.
