Infrastructure Operations Engineer (Desktop Support Focus)
Location: Columbus OH or Greenwood Village CO (100% Onsite)
Duration: Full time /Direct Hire
This role is perfect for individuals with handson experience in Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Terraform offering a pathway to transition into a more technical engineering position. If you are eager to expand your skills and embrace new challenges this could be the ideal opportunity for you!
What Youll Do:
- Provide desktop support in a fastpaced expanding environment with the potential to evolve into a technical engineering role.
- Focus on Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) technologies.
- Manage Terraform configurations to automate and enhance infrastructure processes.
- Ensure the smooth operation of Azurebased infrastructure addressing issues promptly.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to uphold and enhance systems ensuring an optimal user experience.
- Acquire and implement Azure security best practices encompassing IAM encryption and access control.
What Were Looking For:
- Minimum of 1 year of Terraform experience particularly in administration.
- Practical experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and VDI.
- Background in Azurebased infrastructure and cloud technologies.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) especially with Terraform.
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning and skill development within a cloudcentric environment.
Nice to Have:
- Awareness or exposure to frameworks like FedRAMP FISMA and Zero Trust Architecture.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Azure DevOps.
