Job Description

5 years current clinical experience required
2 years Occupational Health experience required
MUST BE A CERTIFIED BREATH ALCOHOL TECHNICIAN (BAT) STRONGLY PREFERRED
DOT Certification for Drug Screening STRONGLY PREFERRED
Ergonomic Assessment Experience Preferred
Phlebotomy Experience Strongly Preferred
Valid Driver License Required
AT LEAST TWO SPECIFIC INTERVIEW DATES/TIMES OF AVAILABILITY FOR INTERVIEW MUST BE ADDED TO PROFILE PROFILES WILL NOT BE PRESENTED WITHOUT THIS INFORMATION. ANYTIME WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
