Job Title: Imaging Supervisor
Location: Middlebury VT
Employment Type: Fulltime Permanent
W2 Candidates preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Supervision:
- Supervise and support radiology staff ensuring efficient shift operations and task delegation.
- Coordinate departmental staffing and maintain workflow organization.
- Act as a liaison between staff and the Radiology Director communicating departmental needs and updates.
- Clinical Duties:
- Perform a range of imaging tests including General Radiography Fluoroscopy DXA Mammography CT OR Imaging and PACS as needed.
- Oversee quality control daily ensuring high standards in all procedures and equipment use.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Manage inventory and departmental supplies making necessary orders to ensure resources are available.
- Collaborate with the Radiology Director on shift activities and daily operations.
Required Qualifications
- Education & Certification:
- Certificate and/or Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology.
- ARRT(R) certification (additional certification in CT or Mammography required).
- Eligibility for Vermont radiologic technologist licensure.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in radiology.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Supervisory experience in a union setting.
- ARRT certification in both CT and Mammography as well as radiography.
- Familiarity with Epic EMR and Visage PACS systems.
Schedule
- 8hour shifts.
- Inperson role requiring relocation or commuting to Middlebury VT.
