Job Description

Job title: Dynatrace SRE Analyst
Job Location: Raleigh NC or Atlanta GA (Onsite)
Job Type: Contract

Experience and Qualification:

  • Oversee the monitoring and performance tuning of infrastructure using Dynatrace.
  • Provide expertlevel support for Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices.
  • Ensure the reliability availability and performance of critical infrastructure components.
  • Implement and maintain monitoring solutions to detect and resolve issues proactively.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design and implement scalable infrastructure solutions.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline operational processes.
  • Conduct regular performance assessments and capacity planning to ensure optimal resource utilization.
  • Lead incident response efforts to quickly resolve infrastructurerelated issues.
  • Provide detailed root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure operations and procedures.
  • Participate in oncall rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical infrastructure components.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve infrastructure operations.
  • Mentor and train junior team members to build a strong and capable operations team.
