Our manufacturing runs on precision efficiency and reliability and maintenance is the backbone of it all. Without a strong maintenance team production stops and that is not an option. Right now the team is working reactively responding to equipment breakdowns as they happen. The goal is to transition to a proactive maintenance approach reducing downtime and improving efficiency across operations.
As a Maintenance Technician you will be handson with the equipment troubleshooting mechanical issues and working toward a preventive maintenance strategy. If you enjoy solving problems working with machinery and being part of a team that takes ownership of their work this is an opportunity to make an impact.

- Repair and troubleshoot equipment failures on mixers packaging lines and other manufacturing machinery.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance to reduce unexpected breakdowns and improve reliability.
- Work with Limble CMMS software to track maintenance activities and ensure a proactive approach.
- Respond to reactive maintenance calls and diagnose issues quickly to keep production running.
- Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor and senior technicians to develop longterm maintenance solutions.
- Learn and adapt to a variety of equipment no two systems are exactly the same.
- Support the transition from reactive maintenance to a preventive maintenance program.
What We re Looking For
- Mechanical troubleshooting experience strong ability to diagnose and repair industrial equipment.
- Comfortable working with older equipment that requires handson problemsolving.
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs or the willingness to learn and implement them.
- A team player who is willing to mentor others and collaborate to improve processes.
- Experience in manufacturing maintenance preferred especially with packaging or mixing equipment.

Must have served in U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Coast Guard, U.S. Space Force, U.S. Reserves or U.S. National Guard. NCO/Supervisor who is a well-rounded technician. Will supervise one person and be hands on for now. Strong communications and ability to think outside the box.
