Job Description

  • Mise en forme et utilisation de diffrents gabarits dans des documents Microsoft Word Excel Powerpoint etc;
  • Intgration de commentaires de lquipe de projet dans des documents Microsoft Word Excel Powerpoint etc;
  • Traduction de langlais au franais avec syntaxe dans les documents Microsoft Word Excel Powerpoint etc;
  • Travailler en concertation avec le dpartement de contrle de documentation afin de connaitre la numrotation et la rvisions des documents.

  • Format and use various templates in Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint documents etc.
  • Integrate comments from project team members in Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint documents etc.
  • Translate from English to French with syntax in Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint documents etc.
  • Work in coordination with the documentation control department to know and understand the numbering and revision of documents.

Qualifications :

  • Logiciels : MSWord (avanc/expert MSExcel (intermdiaire) MSPowerPoint (intermdiaire)
  • Environnement SharePoint (dbutant intermdiaire)
  • 3 annes dexprience
  • Initiative minutie esprit dquipe autonomie et bonne thique de travail
  • Exprience dans une firme dingnierie ou dans le domaine de la construction : atout
  • MSVisio : atout
  • Fortes comptences interpersonnelles et en communication;
  • Franais ( loral et lcrit).

  • Softwares: MSWord (advanced/expert) MSExcel (intermediate) MSPowerPoint (intermediate)
  • SharePoint environment (beginner to intermediate)
  • 3 years of experience
  • Initiative attention to detail team player selfstarter and good work ethic
  • Experience in an engineering firm or in the construction industry: asset
  • MSVisio: asset
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • French (speaking and writing)
