Job Description
Location: Bangalore India
Job Description: We are looking for a highly qualified Java Technical Lead to become a vital member of our dynamic team. In this position you will be tasked with delivering technical solutions conducting code reviews and collaborating with Product Owners and business stakeholders on design initiatives. Approximately 80% of your time will be devoted to these essential responsibilities ensuring the delivery of highquality software solutions. The remaining 20% will be allocated to mentoring and guiding our development team members thereby fostering their professional growth and enhancing their technical capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Code and deliver technical solutions and guidance on software development projects.
Conduct code reviews to maintain best practices and uphold highquality standards.
Collaborate with Product Owners and business stakeholders to design and implement effective software solutions.
Mentor and support development team members sharing your knowledge and expertise.
Stay informed about industry trends and advancements to continuously enhance processes and technologies utilized within the team.
Required Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Java 17 and above.
Understanding of Microservices design Patterns
Good Experience with the Spring Boot framework.
Knowledge of Kubernetes for container orchestration.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.
Understanding of Sonar for code quality analysis.
Experience with DevOps practices including CI/CD.
Proficient in version control using Git.
Experience in using Databases MySQL Postgres
Knowledge of OAuth SAML
Knowledge of Kafka/ Messaging queues/RabbitMQ (Optional)
Knowledge of Angular for frontend development (Optional)
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering or a related field.
8 to 10 years of proven experience in java microservice development with a strong emphasis on backend technologies.
Excellent problemsolving abilities and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
