Job Description

Introduction: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CyberArk PAM Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of CyberArk components privileged access management security and automation scripting. This role is critical for managing configuring and optimizing CyberArk solutions while ensuring the security of enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and gather enterprise requirements for privileged access management (PAM) security to ensure the implementation of robust access control systems.
  • Install and configure CyberArk components including the Enterprise Password Vault (EPV) Central Policy Manager (CPM) Password Vault Web Access (PVWA) Privileged Session Manager (PSM) Privileged Session Manager Proxy (PSMP) and Privileged Threat Analytics (PTA).
  • Configure and deploy CyberArks Application Identity Manager (AIM) and Application Service Credential Provider (ASCP).
  • Integrate CyberArk with thirdparty applications and tools such as Ansible ServiceNow and Qualys to enhance PAM functionality and interoperability.
  • Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python PACLI and REST APIs to improve operational efficiency and process automation.
  • Customize and code CyberArk solutions to meet specific business requirements ensuring high levels of security and functionality.
  • Manage and administer CyberArk Safes policies roles and permissions across multiple platforms (Windows servers UNIX/Linux servers databases networking devices etc.).
  • Create and manage custom connectors and plugins to seamlessly integrate applications with CyberArk.
  • Perform CPM policy management and implement password upload utilities to ensure compliance with security protocols.
  • Conduct compliance checks on CyberArk Safes generating alerts and reports as needed to maintain audit standards.
  • Identify and address security architecture gaps recommending best practices and improvements to enhance overall security posture.
  • Lead technical initiatives involving privileged access management and CyberArk solutions providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Design and implement highavailability (HA) architectures and disaster recovery (DR) strategies to ensure business continuity.
  • Collaborate with IAM security and business stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of PAM with IDM AD MFA SIEM and incident response tools.
  • Onboard outofthebox (OOB) and custom applications and infrastructure servers into CyberArk ensuring secure and seamless integration.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Total Experience: 15 years in a related domain with a focus on privileged access management and CyberArk.
  • Minimum of 8 years of handson experience in designing architecting and migrating CyberArk solutions.
  • Proficiency in Python scripting for process automation and system integration.
  • Strong knowledge of account onboarding vaulting and policy configuration within CyberArk.
  • Experience in developing testing and deploying custom connectors and plugins for CyberArk solutions.
  • Indepth knowledge of the installation configuration and administration of CyberArk components.
  • Strong background in conducting unit functional and integration testing for CyberArk implementations.
  • Proficiency in Java J2EE RDBMS and directory servers/LDAP.
  • Experience with developing and implementing custom connectors to integrate thirdparty systems with CyberArk.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CyberArk certification (such as CyberArk CDE or CCSA) is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards.
  • Experience in designing and implementing advanced security architectures and disaster recovery strategies.
