Job Description:
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Improve software development delivery speed and quality; Increase team collaboration and efficiency; Reduce project risks and improve predictability.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Candidates must have no less than 8 years of experience.
Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban) Agile coaching Team facilitation Requirements gathering Process Improvement Risk management Communication Training and Conflict resolution.
- Assess current agile practices
- Identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement a tailored agile framework
- Coach and mentor development teams
- Conduct training sessions
- Facilitate workshops
- Track progress and report findings
- Collaborate with stakeholders
- Drive adoption of agile principles.
PREFERRED SKILLS
Experience with SAFe Public sector experience Familiarity with Specific Agency Technology e.g. .NET Java Certification (e.g. CSM PSM SPC)
