The Visa Rules Compliance and Standards (RCS) team establishes operating principles and enforces common interoperable rules and standards for our products and services by which clients must operate their Visa programs within the ecosystem.
This is an Individual Contributor role primarily to derive analytic insights into client and team performance and prepare regular reporting. This role will design and monitor objectives and key results (OKRs) create detailed reports and dashboards and generate insights to inform strategic decisionmaking. The position will work independently under limited supervision and partner with stakeholders and RCS Leaders from across the globe.

Qualifications :
Basic Qualification
2 years of relevant work experience with a bachelors degree or 0 years of work
experience with an Advanced degree in data
Preferred Qualification
Proficiency in data visualization (Tableau or Power BI) a must
Exceptional analytical skills and comfortable with handling large data sets and
proficient in all MS Office applications with advanced Excel spreadsheet skills
and PowerPoint
Ability to effectively work under pressure selfchallenging and adhering to tight
deadlines
Ability to set priorities and manage expectations and work both as part of a team
and independently with attention to detail
Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
with the ability to explain complex or technical topics clearly to diverse
stakeholders
