We are looking for an experienced Sales and Marketing Associate with a strong background in managing fintech products and operations. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of financial technology digital payments and customer acquisition strategies.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Identify and build relationships with potential customers including businesses merchants and individuals.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends in the fintech space.
- Build and manage a pipeline of leads converting prospects into active users.
- Collaborate with the product team to refine offerings based on customer feedback.
Marketing & Brand Awareness:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Utilize digital marketing strategies including SEO content marketing social media and paid ads to attract and retain customers.
- Manage social media platforms and create compelling content to enhance customer engagement.
- Organize online and offline events partnerships and activations to promote HitchPay.
- Work closely with the design team to create promotional materials including brochures email campaigns and advertisements.
Customer Success & Retention:
- Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates.
- Provide product training and support to clients ensuring they maximize the benefits of HitchPay.
- Monitor customer feedback and work with the product team to implement necessary improvements.
- Handle customer inquiries resolve complaints and ensure a seamless user experience.
Partnerships & Collaborations:
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with financial institutions payment service providers and other fintech companies.
- Negotiate and close deals that align with HitchPay s growth strategy.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Track and analyze key sales and marketing metrics to measure effectiveness.
- Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance and business growth.
- Adjust strategies based on datadriven insights to optimize results.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing Finance or a related field.
- 25 years of experience in sales marketing or business development within the fintech or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of digital payments mobile money virtual cards and crossborder payments.
- Experience with customer acquisition growth marketing and lead generation strategies.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Selfmotivated resultdriven and able to work in a fastpaced environment.
