Job Description
One of our clients is seeking a Network Engineer 4 to lead and coordinate statewide LiveScan procurements installations and network integrations. This role will require extensive collaboration with agencies IT suppliers and state technical personnel to implement LiveScan systems and ensure proper network connectivity between cloudbased LiveScan servers and agency systems.
The selected candidate must be able to troubleshoot network and hardware/software issues manage multiple projects simultaneously and provide technical support for network administration DHCP DNS routers and firewalls.
This is a fulltime onsite position requiring candidates to be available for inperson interviews and onsite work five days per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate procurement and installation of LiveScans across the state.
- Advise agencies on defining LiveScan equipment and network requirements.
- Assist agencies in upgrading existing equipment to maintain compatibility with cloudbased LiveScan servers.
- Create and manage network connectivity between LiveScan servers and agency systems.
- Work with IT suppliers state IT personnel and agency staff to integrate LiveScan servers with existing systems.
- Troubleshoot network hardware and software issues related to LiveScan implementations.
- Manage multiple simultaneous projects ensuring they align with agency objectives and technical requirements.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support network and IT operations.
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience
- 5 years of experience with advanced computer skills related to PCs peripherals and network technical support.
- 5 years of expertise in advanced network administration including DHCP DNS routers and firewalls.
- 5 years of experience troubleshooting computer software/hardware problems.
- 5 years of experience in customer relations stakeholder management and technical support.
- 5 years of experience in technical documentation written communication and reporting.
- 5 years of ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- 5 years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
- 5 years of strong analytical and decisionmaking skills.
Additional Information
- Work Location: Onsite 5 days per week (No Exceptions).

- Candidates must be U.S.based and physically reside in the country for the assignment duration.

Interview Process: Candidates must complete a USE CASE business requirements work product as part of the interview process. Local candidates strongly preferred.
