Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience in business analysis with a strong focus on Salesforce solutions. This is a 6 months contract role requiring an immediate joiner who can collaborate with stakeholders analyze business requirements and drive Salesforce implementations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with stakeholders to gather analyze and document business and functional requirements for Salesforce solutions.
Collaborate with Salesforce developers architects and implementation teams to design effective solutions.
Perform gap analysis process improvements and suggest best practices for Salesforce usage.
Create user stories workflows and process documentation.
Support system integration testing and deployment activities.
Conduct user training and ensure successful adoption of Salesforce solutions.
Provide insights on Salesforce trends tools and enhancements to optimize business operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
10 years of experience in Business Analysis with Salesforce CRM.
Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud Service Cloud CPQ and other Salesforce solutions.
Strong understanding of Salesforce configurations workflows reports and dashboards.
Experience working in Agile methodologies with handson experience in JIRA or similar tools.
Ability to translate complex business needs into technical requirements.
Experience in stakeholder management and crossfunctional collaboration.
Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Administrator Business Analyst or similar) are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Salesforce Lightning Apex and Visualforce is a plus.
Knowledge of data migration integration and API usage.
Strong problemsolving communication and analytical skills.
