Job Description
Location: Sofia Bulgaria
Start Date: 31st March 2025
Are you fluent in French (C1) and English passionate about online safety and ready to contribute to a secure and compliant digital experience Join us as a Digital Trust and Safety Specialist and play a pivotal role in ensuring that digital content remains safe and in line with regulations!

Your Responsibilities:
- Moderation of Content & Advertisements: Review usergenerated content and ads to ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations. This may include sensitive content such as violence.
- Risk Identification & Escalation: Proactively identify potential risks within the digital content and escalate issues when necessary.
- CrossTeam Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to address identified risks and improve the overall user experience.
- Accurate RecordKeeping: Maintain detailed and uptodate records of all moderation activities.
What Were Looking For:
- Language Skills: Fluent French (C1) and English (written and spoken).
- Attention to Detail: Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities with a strong focus on accuracy and detail.
- Compliance & Risk Management Knowledge: A solid understanding of compliance principles and risk management practices.
- TechSavvy: Comfortable using computers and relevant software tools.
- SelfStarter: Ability to work independently manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Contract & Working Conditions:
- Contract Type: To be discussed during the hiring process.
- Working Hours: 8 hours per day 40 hours per week 5 days a week.
- Flexible schedule available exact hours will be determined upon contract finalization.
- Work Mode: Onsite in Sofia Bulgaria.
Relocation package:
- 300 BGN rental allowance for the duration of the contract ( rent in Bulgaria can run anywhere from 250 to 400 euros depending on location)
- 150 BGN flight reimbursement (depends but can be done immediately on arrival or 1st salary)
- Real estate admin assistance.
