Job Description
Position: Digital Travel Agent
We are seeking a highly motivated Swedish speaking customer support agent to join our team at one of the worlds leading digital travel agencies.
This position offers the flexibility of being fully remote or a hybrid option in our office located in Sofia. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel and a strong understanding of the digital landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in planning and booking their travel arrangements including flights accommodations and activities
Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and repeat business
Stay uptodate on industry trends and changes in travel regulations to provide accurate and timely information to clients
Handle any customer inquiries or concerns in a prompt and professional manner
Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and enhance the customer experience
Qualifications:
Native in Swedish
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
Familiarity with industry trends
Fluency in English is required at a B2 level minimum
