Job Description
Job Title: Salesforce Developer
Location: Austin Texas (Hybrid)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in Salesforce development including Apex programming Visualforce pages Apex triggers Aura Components and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce nocode configurations such as Flows Process Builders and Workflow Rules.
- Expertise in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) coding standards change control and version management.
- Experience in assessing Salesforce.com architecture and delivering secure highperformance technical solutions on the Force.com platform.
- Handson experience with all endtoend technical aspects of a Salesforce.com program including Classic to Lightning upgrades data migrations system integrations thirdparty applications and custom development.
- Proficiency in implementing authentication protocols (OAuth) for integrating thirdparty applications.
- Experience with core web technologies such as HTML5 JavaScript jQuery and web services (REST & SOAP JSON & XML).
- Strong expertise in integrating Salesforce with cloudbased and onpremises applications using standard and custom REST APIs.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with DevOps technologies including CI/CD pipelines and build/deployment tools such as Flosum and Git.
- Experience in creating custom Reports and Dashboards in Salesforce.
- Familiarity with Agile Software Development methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex Visualforce LWC Aura Components and other Salesforce technologies.
- Configure and customize Salesforce using declarative tools like Flows Process Builders and Workflow Rules.
- Develop and maintain secure scalable and highperformance solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Integrate Salesforce with external cloudbased and onpremise applications using REST/SOAP APIs and OAuth authentication protocols.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to execute Classic to Lightning upgrades data migrations and thirdparty application integrations.
- Ensure adherence to SDLC best practices including code reviews version control and deployment processes.
- Implement CI/CD processes for efficient development testing and deployment using tools such as Flosum and Git.
- Develop custom reports and dashboards to support business needs.
- Work in an Agile environment participating in daily standups sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while ensuring system reliability and performance.
