Job Description

Paralegal Community Association & Real Estate Law
Location: Bridgewater NJ

We are seeking a skilled and detailoriented Paralegal to join our fullservice law firm. This role primarily involves supporting attorneys in community association representation with additional responsibilities in residential real estate landlord/tenant law corporate law and litigation. The ideal candidate will be highly organized proactive and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fastpaced legal environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist attorneys in drafting pleadings legal documents and reports for community association representation.
  • Prepare and file liens resolutions contracts and collectionrelated legal documents.
  • Review and analyze contracts assist with contract negotiations and maintain compliance with legal requirements.
  • Communicate with property managers clients and opposing counsel regarding case status and legal matters.
  • Support attorneys in litigation processes including drafting motions discovery responses and case management.
  • Conduct legal research to support case strategies and compliance requirements.
  • Organize and maintain client files court documents and correspondence.
Qualifications:
  • Associates or Bachelors degree in Paralegal Studies or Paralegal Certificate from an accredited institution.
  • 2 years of experience in a legal setting preferably in real estate community association law corporate law or litigation.
  • Strong knowledge of legal procedures document preparation and court filing requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook) and legal case management software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently manage deadlines and handle multiple tasks effectively.
