Job Description:
Zee Zippers is looking for a talented Industrial Engineer to join our team in Chengalpattu. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in industrial engineering particularly in manufacturing or garments industries. The role requires a strong understanding of production workflows engineering processes and data reporting.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze and improve production workflows ensuring optimal efficiency and reduced waste

Develop and implement engineering solutions to streamline manufacturing processes

Work closely with the production team to ensure processes are running smoothly and meeting quality standards

Monitor measure and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production efficiency cost and quality

Design and implement layouts to improve the production line and material flow
-
Conduct time and motion studies to identify opportunities for process improvements

Analyze data and prepare detailed reports to help management make informed decisions on production strategies

Develop costsaving initiatives while maintaining quality standards

Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all manufacturing processes

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement improvements in manufacturing operations
Mandatory Skills:

Strong knowledge of engineering principles and production workflows

Experience in process optimization and efficiency improvements

Proficiency in data reporting and analysis

Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills

Good communication skills and the ability to work with different teams
