Job Description
As an UX Designer you will conduct user research and interviews to understand user needs pain points and behaviours.
Translate user research findings into design concepts and user personas.
Design wireframes user flows and interactive prototypes.
Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement innovative solutions for product direction visuals and experience.
Conduct user testing of applications software and websites.
Use UX design best practices to design solutions and a deep understanding of mobilefirst and responsive design.
Requirements
A minimum of 2 years of UX design experience. Experience designing complex solutions for complete digital environments in the Animal Health sector.
Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions and a deep understanding of mobilefirst and responsive design.
A solid grasp of usercentered design (UCD) planning and conducting user research user testing A/B testing rapid prototyping heuristic analysis usability and accessibility concerns.
Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes ideas and solutions to teams and clients.
A clear understanding of the importance of usercentered design and design thinking.
Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
Be passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge in the industry s latest trends and technologies.
Following software experience is required:
Figma
Adobe Package especially Illustrator and Photoshop
Jira Confluence
Experienced in SCRUM working methodology
German and Italian would be a plus
English fluent
