What Youll Do
Provide toptier support to Croatian and Englishspeaking customers via calls chats and emails.
Assist customers with all aspects of their car rental experience ensuring smooth and seamless service.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with a positive customerfirst attitude.
Leverage your technical skills to navigate systems and deliver solutions.
What Were Looking For
- Language Proficiency:
Native or fluent Croatian speaker (C2 level)
Strong English communication skills (B2 level minimum)
- Qualifications:
High school diploma or higher education preferred.
Prior experience in a customerfacing role (hospitality or car rental experience is a plus).
Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
Techsavvy with a knack for learning new systems.
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Working Hours & Schedule
Monday to Sunday with rotating shifts: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
40 hours per week (8 hours/day 5 days/week)
Location & Start Date
Onsite in Athens (this position is for locals only)
Start Date: 28th of March
