Texas Education Agency requires the services of 2 Developer/Programmer Analyst 3 hereafter referred to as Candidate(s) who meets the general qualifications of Developer/Programmer Analyst 3 Applications/Software Development and the specifications outlined in this document for the Texas Education Agency.

II. CANDIDATE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Requirements:
Candidates that do not meet or exceed the minimum stated requirements (skills/experience) will be displayed to customers but may not be chosen for this opportunity. Years Required/ Preferred Experience 8 Required Proficiency in ASP.NET Framework. 8 Required Strong proficiency in MSSQL database development and management 7 Required Familiarity with Entity Framework Core for ORMbased database operations. 6 Required Experience with agile / scrum methodology 5 Required Proficiency in ASP.NET Core for building RESTful APIs. 5 Required Proficiency in Angular framework. 4 Required Proficiency in writing unit tests using nUnit framework. 3 Required Basic knowledge of Azure cloud services. 3 Required Understanding of Azure SQL Database and its features. 3 Preferred Familiarity with Angular CLI Angular Material and RxJS 1 Preferred Dynatrace experience to analyze server performance

Texas Education Agency requires the services of 2 Developer/Programmer Analyst 3 hereafter referred to as Candidate(s) who meets the general qualifications of Developer/Programmer Analyst 3 Applications/Software Development and the specifications outlined in this document for the Texas Education Agency.
Job Description/Functions
- Implement and customize and maintain Microsoft .NET Core .NET Framework applications
- High level experience with SQL Stored procedures and functions for improving performance of applications
- Experience with Blazer ajax bootstrap and Angular front end development.
- Design develop and implement solutions in the Microsoft technology including C# Visual Studio Sql Server (SSMS).
- Develop and maintain Web APIs using .net Core and should have understanding of RESTful APIs.
- Design and maintain DB Schemas and proficient in SQL queries and stored procedures.
- Familiarity with Entity Framework Core for ORMbased database operations.
- Experience with TypeScript CSS Javascript and jQuery
- Experience in writing integration tests for APIs and frontend applications as well as unit tests.
- Experience with Dynatrace to track server performance issues and solutions
- Develop deploy and manage applications in Azure.
- Good communication skills and a team player
