Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Mobile Tester with extensive experience in mobile device testing and cloudbased mobile testing tools. The ideal candidate must have handson expertise in HeadSpin and/or SNAP (Procal) for mobile testing and monitoring. This role requires indepth knowledge of realworld mobile performance testing deviceOScarrier compatibility and network testing across 4G 5G Bluetooth and WiFi environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Mobile Device & Performance Testing:

• Conduct extensive testing on Android and iOS devices across multiple carriers and operating system versions.
• Utilize HeadSpin and SNAP (Procal) to monitor realworld device performance under actual network conditions.
• Perform endtoend mobile app testing including functional performance and network testing on 4G 5G Bluetooth and WiFi environments.
• Execute DeviceOSCarrier compatibility testing for prerelease devices to ensure seamless user experience.
• Measure latency packet loss network throughput and app performance across different geographical regions.

CloudBased Mobile Testing & Lab Setup:

• Set up and manage a cloudbased mobile testing lab using platforms like HeadSpin SNAP (Procal) BrowserStack Sauce Labs or Perfecto Mobile.
• Establish a mobile test environment integrating real devices simulators and cloudbased testing solutions.
• Automate test execution and monitoring across multiple devices and networks.
• Design and maintain a scalable device farm to support diverse testing scenarios for Verizon mobile applications.

Carrier & International Performance Testing:

• Conduct carrierspecific testing for Verizon and other major network providers analyzing performance variations across regions.
• Validate call quality VoLTE and VoWiFi features on different carrier networks.
• Perform international roaming tests to assess mobile app and network performance under varying network conditions.
• Analyze network logs and KPIs to identify potential bottlenecks affecting app performance.

Monitoring & Reporting:

• Implement realtime mobile performance monitoring to track key metrics like CPU usage memory battery consumption and network stability.
• Generate detailed test reports with root cause analysis for performance degradation or network failures.
• Work closely with developers product teams and network engineers to resolve mobile app and networkrelated issues.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 510 years of experience in mobile testing (Android & iOS).
• Expertise in HeadSpin and/or SNAP (Procal) for mobile testing and monitoring.
• Strong knowledge of realworld device testing on actual carrier networks (4G 5G LTE WiFi Bluetooth).
• Experience with cloudbased mobile testing tools (e.g. HeadSpin SNAP BrowserStack Sauce Labs Perfecto).
• Handson experience with DeviceOSCarrier Compatibility Testing for prerelease devices.
• Experience in setting up and managing a mobile testing lab with real devices and cloudbased tools.
• Knowledge of network testing mobile app performance testing and international performance monitoring.
• Proficiency in log analysis using tools like adb Charles Proxy Wireshark or Xcode Instruments.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment with crossfunctional teams
