Job Title: Business Development Manager – Recruitment Client Onboarding

Job Location: Noida

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team focusing on client onboarding in the recruitment industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients building longlasting relationships and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new clients. This role combines business development strategic sales and client onboarding in the recruitment sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Relationship Building:

o Identify and prospect new clients within the recruitment space focusing on industries that require talent acquisition services.

o Conduct meetings and presentations to understand client needs and pitch relevant recruitment solutions.

o Negotiate terms and contracts with new clients ensuring that both parties are aligned on expectations and deliverables.

Client Onboarding:

o Lead the onboarding process for new clients ensuring a seamless transition from sales to service delivery.

o Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure alignment on client expectations roles and timelines.

o Set up regular checkins with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any issues during the onboarding process.

o Provide clients with necessary training on how to utilize the recruitment platform or services effectively.

Market Research & Strategy Development:

o Conduct market research to understand industry trends competitor offerings and potential client needs.

o Develop and implement a business development strategy focused on expanding the client base and improving onboarding processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience:

o Proven experience in business development or sales within the recruitment or HR industry.

o Strong experience with client onboarding processes and account management.

o Experience in building relationships with senior stakeholders and decisionmakers.

Skills:

o Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.

o Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities.

o Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously while maintaining high levels of satisfaction.

o Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word).

Education:

o Bachelor’s degree in business HR Marketing or a related field (preferred).
