Job Description
As a Junior Creative Designer you will craft compelling visuals across digital ecommerce print and instore platforms ensuring brand consistency and alignment with campaign toolkits. From designing resizing and retouching assets to supporting marketing initiatives your creativity will elevate brand perception and bring impactful designs to life in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
Job Overview
Shift: Day Shift; 10 AM 6 PM MK Time
Work Setup: Permanent Work From Home
- Design impactful visuals for websites social media paid media email campaigns instore promotional signage window displays and adhoc projects following seasonal toolkits under the guidance of the Midweight Creative Designer.
- Edit moving images for website and paid media formats based on project briefs.
- Coordinate with print suppliers to ensure timely highquality production at competitive prices.
- Retouch and resize product cutouts and lifestyle images to meet project requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand creative needs develop solutions and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously meet deadlines and maintain high attention to detail and design quality.
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek
- Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or a related field.
- 2 3 years of professional experience in graphic design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign); experience with video editing software is a plus.
- Strong understanding of typography color theory and layout design principles.
- Experience in designing for both digital and print media.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate creative briefs into compelling designs.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects demonstrating creativity and versatility.
