store incharge for a garment store manages the store ensures customer satisfaction and oversees the stores daytoday operations. They may also be responsible for inventory sales and staff management.
Responsibilities
Store management: Manage the stores daytoday operations including store condition and visual merchandising
Customer service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service
Inventory: Monitor inventory levels order new items and generate inventory reports
Sales: Meet sales goals by training motivating and mentoring staff
Staff management: Hire train and oversee new staff
Compliance: Ensure store compliance with health and safety regulations and policies and procedures
Reporting: Report on buying trends customer needs and profits
Business strategy: Develop business strategies to attract new customers and expand store traffic
Promotions: Develop and arrange promotional material and instore displays
Skills Strong leadership and customer management abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer serviceoriented and Indepth knowledge of basic business management processes.
