Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative UX Intern to join our Store Applications UX team. The internship will focus on enhancing the user experience of our employeefacing systems specifically the PointofSale (POS) system and our webbased application StoreFront. These systems are essential for selling handling orders managing stock and ensuring efficient store operations across multiple countries. Furthermore you will get the opportunity to take on projects yourself and help shape the project pipeline.
WHAT WE OFFER YOU
We offer a 46 months internship in Autumn of 2025 where you will be onboarded into the Store Applications UX team. During your internship you will get:

WHAT YOUR INTERNSHIP WILL BE ABOUT
Your tasks and responsibilities during your internship include:
- collaborating with the UX team and developers to design and improve the user
interface of the POS system and StoreFront application - conducting user research and gather feedback from employees to identify pain
points and areas for improvement - creating wireframes prototypes and user flows to communicate design ideas
effectively - assisting in creating and maintaining design documentation and guidelines

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING
We are looking for an intern who:
- is currently pursuing a degree in UX Design Multimedia Design Graphic Design
or a related field - has a strong understanding of UX principles and methodologies
- has basic proficiency in design tools. Experience with Sketch Figma or Adobe XD will be regarded as an advantage
- has excellent communication and teamwork skills
- can think critically and solve problems creatively
- has a passion for improving user experiences and a keen eye for detail

We offer flexibility to make sure you obtain the required 30 ECTS by attending an extra course during the semester or flexibility to prioritise writing days.
