Job Description
This role is for one of the Weekdays clients
We are looking for a skilled Fullstack Engineer with 39 years of experience to join our dynamic development team. In this role you will be responsible for building and maintaining both frontend and backend systems ensuring seamless integration and delivering scalable efficient and robust solutions. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop innovative and userfriendly web applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop maintain and optimize both frontend and backend components of applications.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservicesbased architecture.
- Build responsive and scalable UI/UX using modern frontend technologies.
- Work closely with designers and product managers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Write clean efficient and maintainable code following industry best practices.
- Optimize application performance and ensure crossplatform compatibility.
- Conduct code reviews to maintain high code quality and scalability.
- Identify troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure smooth application performance.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Required Skills & Experience
Frontend:
- Proficiency in JavaScript React.js or Next.js HTML5 CSS3 and TypeScript.
- Experience with responsive web design and modern CSS frameworks (Bootstrap Tailwind CSS).
- Familiarity with frontend build tools like Webpack Babel and NPM/Yarn.
Backend:
- Strong experience with Node.js Express.js and RESTful API development.
- Proficiency in serverside JavaScript databases and cloud services.
- Knowledge of databases such as PostgreSQL MongoDB or MySQL.
- Experience integrating thirdparty APIs and services.
General:
- Strong understanding of objectoriented programming (OOP) and design patterns.
- Proficiency in version control systems (Git).
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms is a plus.
