Loss Prevention Analyst

WHAT YOULL DO
As Loss Prevention Analyst you will oversee and manage loss prevention issues within organization to prevent and minimize losses. You will support the Security Manager to ensure that the company and its employees are complying with internal security and procedures as well as regulatory requirements which are connected to the prospective companys loss. Together with the Security team you will ensure that the H&M Group is a place where employees and customers can feel safe.

You will:

• Analyze investigate identify and follow up on deviating POS activity with focus on training needs routines and frauds
• Analyze POS data using the loss prevention system for multiple countries
• Prepare and analyze predefined store audit reports in the loss prevention management system
• Support store auditors while conducting the store audit
• Build a case by collecting evidence from the loss prevention system receipt copies refund notes etc.
• Supporting the security department in executing fraudulent investigations and interviews and report all cases in the incident management system
• You follow up and analyze main KPIs and initiate actions to increase profit balancing long and shortterm plans
• Support the store teams in their Loss Prevention action plans including collaboration with guards.
• Support the Security Department with administrative tasks

The Loss Prevention Analyst is part of Security Department and report to Security Manager. You motivate inspire and drive others to comply with company security and loss prevention policies and procedures. You communicate with people at all levels and want to contribute to companys meaningful growth.

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for people with

• Working Experience in relevant field or store managerial role (SM DM COR)
• Excellent MS office skills.
• Fluent knowledge of Romanian & English spoken and written.
• Experience in company safety security routines and procedures.

And people who are

• Clear and inspiring in communication able to engage colleagues towards the loss prevention mindset.
• Selfdriven taking initiatives and be able to take decision.
• Strong in planning drive short and longterm goals
