Job Description
We are looking for our future Branch Manager in Viena (Austria)!
But first every beginning must start with learning and understanding the basics. Thats why youll start as a car rental agent in Budapest learning and growing with the support of our experienced local branch manager and team.

Location:1185 Budapest lli t 822. (close to Ferenc LisztAirport)
Schedule: Monday to Sunday (day and night) divided in 12 hoursshifts
What we offer:

Responsibilities:
- Ensuring an impeccable customer care service;
- Carefully completing the rental contract;
- Selling additional services to customers;
- Delivering the rental cars to the customers;
- Taking over the rented vehicles from our customers;
- Checking the state of the vehicle to identify potential damages:
- Registering the damages and incurring the amounts from the customers;
- Requesting a review from the customers regarding our services.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 year experience in working with customers;
- Minimum 1 year experience in team leadership / management;
- Mandatory driving license (B category);
- Proficiency in English and German;
- Hardworking ambitious extroverted and integritydriven personality;
- Excellent customer service and sales skills along with attention to detail;
- Strong communication time management teamwork and computer skills;
- Strong leadership and managementskills.
