Job Description
Position : Senior Medic Instructor
Report To : MD
Location : Singapore
PURPOSE
The position requires the incumbent to deliver clear and efficient training to medics on the ground and at the client side. It is a position that requires the tactful mind and physical fitness.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- As a Paramedic/Medic Instructor you will be responsible for providing course delivery and effectively conduct classroom and laboratory training for the associated programs ranging from basic to advance medic curriculums.
- Administering instructional programs by serving as the principal training advisor for Medical Education and Training (First Responder) from Basic Advanced and Specialised courses.
- Providing quality standardized instruction and testing for the company and partner agencies within Area of Responsibility (AOR).
- Providing training instruction for emergency medical technician basic tactical combat casualty care combat trauma simulation etc.
- Recommending in the development of instructional programs for the company's various training programs.
- Integrating a multitude of goals organizational priorities and other requirements into executable training plans and actions.
- Providing advice counsel or instructions to employees on work and administrative matters.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must have or be able to obtain a Secret Clearance
- Certified Medic/ Paramedics will be advantageous
- Be physically fit due to the nature of the role
- Ability to engage the crowd and articulate in clear manner
