Job Description

B2B Digital Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and execute aligned but distinct digital marketing strategies for B2B and logistics & lastmile delivery respectively.
  • Align social media content and paid marketing efforts with lead generation and revenue goals.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends social media algorithms and emerging digital marketing tools to optimize strategies.

IndustryFocused Content Marketing

  • Create highimpact B2B content (LinkedIn articles whitepapers industry reports case studies infographics).
  • Manage a content calendar covering electric mobility trends fleet solutions and logistics innovation.
  • Develop compelling email campaigns and SEOdriven content to boost engagement and visibility.
  • Optimize SEO strategy to improve visibility in electric mobility and logisticsrelated searches.

Paid Advertising & Lead Generation

  • Plan and execute paid social media and search campaigns (LinkedIn Ads Google Ads Meta Ads) to generate B2B leads.
  • Optimize ad targeting budgets and conversion rates through A/B testing and analytics.
  • Track and analyze lead generation performance through CRM tools and campaign reporting.

Community Engagement & Brand Positioning

  • Build brand credibility by engaging in industry conversations on LinkedIn and Twitter (X).
  • Amplify founders executives and sales teams digital presence with engaging content.
  • Leverage usergenerated content (UGC) customer testimonials and partnerships to strengthen brand trust.

Analytics Reporting & Optimization

  • Monitor campaign performance metrics (engagement leads conversions) and optimize strategies.
  • Provide monthly reports with datadriven insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to ensure marketing efforts convert leads into business opportunities.


Requirements

  • 3 years of B2B digital marketing experience preferably in sustainability logistics or electric mobility.

Expertise in LinkedIn Instagram Twitter and social selling strategies.

Strong content marketing skills (whitepapers LinkedIn articles case studies).

Experience with Google Ads LinkedIn Ads and paid social media campaigns.

Proficiency in CRM and email marketing platforms (HubSpot Mailchimp Active Campaign).

Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities for B2B audiences.

Ability to manage multiple brands with a strategic goaloriented mindset.

Selfstarter with a creative problemsolving mindset you ll have the freedom to own and execute the strategy

Knowledge of SEO website optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

Experience with AccountBased Marketing (ABM) and B2B lead nurturing strategies.
