Job Role: We are hiring an HR Manager. An HR Manager must possess deep business understanding; they must understand the company and its challenges to help address the organization s talent needs. This role covers the full range of HR like Recruitment Compliance Management Payroll Employee Relations Performance Management Budgeting Training & Career Development Employee Retention & maintaining Workplace Culture.
Responsibilities: What you can expect on a typical day
Should be able to handle both endtoend Anaxee s recruitment processes (IT & NonIT).
Able to hire Domain Expertise.
Work with the leadership team to develop a plan to hire the right people with the skills needed for the job role.
Oversee the daytoday activities of the HR Team including Recruiters & Generalists.
Stay updated on labor laws and implement necessary compliance measures.
Able to Control the Cost while Optimising Staffing Level; should be able to calculate ROI.
Should be able to reduce the cost of acquiring employees.
Develop & Implement a program that promotes a positive work environment such as teambuilding activities wellness initiatives and recognition programs.
Able to monitor the performance & provide coaching & mentoring to ensure performance improvement.
Conduct & Organize Recruitment Drive in PAN India.
Develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of a business.
Deep Understanding of the Payroll Management.
Ability to understand and manage employee rewards and recognition programs

Proven record of handling a team size

Proven experience leading teams in the B2B environment.
Proven ability to manage inhouse and thirdparty contract employees
