Job Description
As a Senior CRA at PSI you will enjoy a variety of monitoring tasks and work on clinical studies in different therapeutic indications maintaining the highest quality standards in the industry.
Office Based in Shanghai
You will:
- Facilitate regional projects as Lead Monitor and supervise study activities timelines and schedules
- Train Monitors in annotated monitoring visit reports
- Review monitoring reports and support monitors in their activities
- Act as the main communication line between Monitor and Regional Lead
- Facilitate site budgets and contract negotiations
- Be a point of contact for inhouse support services and vendors
- Communicate with internal project teams regarding study progress and lead project team calls on the country level
- Participate in study site audits and client onsite visits as required
- Participate in quality control and compliance monitoring
- Oversee and maintain studyspecific and corporate tracking systems at site and country level
Qualifications :
- College/University degree in Life Sciences Pharmacy RN or an equivalent combination of education training & experience
- At least 5 years of independent onsite monitoring experience or an equivalent experience for SCRA
- Experience in all types of monitoring visits in Phase II and/or III
- Experience in feasibility assessment and study setup process is preferable
- Experience in Oncology or Hematology therapeutic indications is a plus (preferable)
- Full working proficiency in English and Mandarin
- PC skills to be able to work with MS Word Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to plan multitask and work in a dynamic team environment
- Communication collaboration and problemsolving skills
- Ability to travel
