Job Description
As a Tech Recruiter at WAES you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle of technical profilesfrom sourcing to offer.
We are looking for top talent so in this role you will be speaking with professionals both in the Netherlands and abroad including Dutch and Englishspeaking candidates. Most interviews will be conducted online.
From a technical perspective part of your day will involve searching for developers on LinkedIn and other platforms creativity is highly encouraged! The rest of your time will be spent interviewing candidates and convincing them that WAES is the perfect next step in their careers.
Additionally we want you to take the lead in Employer Branding ensuring that WAES remains on the radar of top professionals both locally and internationally.
This is a diverse dynamic and often fastpaced role. You will be given a high level of autonomy to achieve success with the full support of our internal team at every step.
Qualifications :
- 23 years of experience as a Recruiter and/or Sourcer
- At least 1 year of experience search for and interviewing technical profiles preferably Data and Software Engineers
- Excellent written and spoken English Dutch is a strong pre
- University level of thinking (preferably bachelor or master graduate)
- Good communication skills and not shy to talk to people from the other side of the world
- Intelligence
- Ability to learn quickly and improvise
- Good is not good enough attitude
- Detailoriented
- Abilityto work ina fastpaced environment and handle multipletasks
