What You will Be Doing:

As our Field Service Technician youll be at the heart of our operations ensuring that our projects stay on track and equipment runs smoothly no matter where the job takes us.

Here is what you can expect:

OnSite Installation & Support: You will travel to project sites across the country where your job will be to install maintain and troubleshoot equipment and systems. You will play a key role in ensuring that everything is functioning perfectly before projects kick off.

Maintenance & Repairs: Our clients rely on us for highquality work and youll ensure that every piece of machinery and equipment onsite is properly maintained and repaired as needed. Youll troubleshoot technical issues on the spot ensuring minimal downtime and keeping everything running smoothly.

Calibration & Testing: Youll perform handson testing and calibration to ensure systems are working at peak efficiency. Your attention to detail will help ensure everything meets our high standards for quality.

Client Support: As the face of MapleCraft onsite youll work directly with clients offering them expert advice and solving any issues that arise. Your friendly professional demeanor will help build trust and longlasting relationships.

Training & Guidance: Youll train onsite personnel on how to use and maintain the equipment. This ensures smooth operations when youre not around and leaves a lasting impact on the success of each project.

Health & Safety: Safety comes first! Youll enforce safety protocols and make sure the worksite adheres to all safety standards. You will be the goto person for troubleshooting safety concerns onsite helping ensure the wellbeing of everyone.

Documentation & Reporting: Youll document your work track equipment usage and generate reports onsite activities. Your organized approach will keep everything transparent and help the team stay aligned.

Problem Solving: Things dont always go according to plan but no worries youre the problem solver! Whether its an unexpected issue or a complex challenge youll find creative solutions quickly keeping the project on track.

Team Collaboration: Youll work closely with engineers project managers and onsite teams. Your insights will directly contribute to improving processes and making every project more successful.

What We are Looking For:

HandsOn Experience: Youve worked with technical equipment in a field service role whether thats in civil engineering construction or industrial maintenance. Your technical knowhow is topnotch.

Problem Solver: You love finding solutions whether its a minor glitch or a major issue. You stay calm under pressure and know how to get things back on track quickly.

Communication Skills: Youll need to communicate clearly with our clients onsite teams and backoffice staff. Professional friendly and effective communication is key.

Safety Minded: You understand that safety is crucial and youre committed to following and enforcing safety protocols to keep everyone onsite safe.

Willing to Travel: This role requires frequent travel to various project sites. If you love the idea of seeing different places and experiencing new environments this is the job for you!

Team Player: While youll work independently onsite you are also a team player who collaborates with others to solve problems and make sure everything runs smoothly.
