Your primary responsibility will be to gather analyses and interpret various data sources to identify actionable business opportunities to drive overall commercial performance. Working collaboratively with crossfunctional teams including marketing sales key accounts to provide high quality actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership and the broader commercial teams. You will be naturally curious and have a high learning agility a continuous learner a problem solver and a desire to partner and lead a data to action mindset across the organisation.
Pricing Analyst will assist the Pricign Analytics Manager APAC and Head of Finance APAC in developing pricing and profitability reports and analysis by customer that allow for timely approval and impementation of pricing changes that positively impact the financial performance and integrity of the country and product. They will directly participate in country business planning decision making and implementation to facilitate sound decision making and reasonable profit margins.
This position is a key business partner providing analytics on customer product profitability and margin by country across APAC to assist with the discussion assessment and approval by product or customer. Segmenting our customer base to ensure we are setting pricing levels reasonably and consistent with the profit. Advising on submission scenarios and planning for pricing success to enable the business to meet its financial and business objectives.
This position will aid in standardising pricing submission and approval process set and manage pricing tiers by country and customer to ensure Gross Margin alignment with Plan and Forecast Establish and maintain List v Customer pricing manage all SAP updates to ensure accuracy create standard pricing profitability templates based on submitted financial plans and forecasts and manage the pricing tiers for all tender submissions.
The position also supports the business regions by providing routine reporting and other analysis in areas such as customer profitability floor pricing analytics transfer pricing standard cost assessment pricing and tender submissions new product introductions. Additionally managing SFDC dashbaords data entry customer updates and administration as required and SAP administration as needed
This position requires a highly developed profitability and pricing analytics a range of different scenarios and business models.

Essential: Mandatory to ensure the job is done effectively and efficiently
Professional and degree qualification in Accounting & Finance.
Fluent English conversation language skills
Minimum of 3 years relevant business analytical experience.
Ability to deal with ambiguity and work in an unstructured environment.
Strong influencing skills able to challenge stakeholders at all levels of the company
Excellent knowledge of Excel.
Good written and oral communication skills (English) able to communicate clearly concisely accurately and in a way that promotes understanding to both finance and non finance team members
Strong interpersonal and communication skills necessary to motivate mentor inform and challenge others as well as maintain a strong working relationship with senior management.
Desirable: Not essential but generally considered to be required to do the job proficiently.
Exposure to a variety of business functions and to the finance function.
Experience of using SAP (PCA/CCA/COPA); BW and Microsoft Excel to a high level.
