Responsibilities:
o Collaborating with Learning Strategists to understand the training strategy and learning solutions
o Creating engaging highquality storyboards for eLearning courses and videos
o Working with Visual Designers and LMS teams to develop and deploy the learning solutions
o Developing content and wireframes for mailers and aloha pages
o Adhering to committed timelines and Service Level Agreements (SLA) without impacting the quality
Skills Required:
Knowledge of instructional design principles methodologies and strategies
Strong language skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Working knowledge of eLearning tools like Articulate 360
Ability to be able to handle projects independently
