Job Description
Company Background:
A leading manufacturer of prefabricated modular data center solutions specialize in the data center and power systems industry. With R&D facilities in Shanghai and highend manufacturing plants in Shanghai and Malaysia it delivers innovative solutions for hyperscale data center projects globally. The company is located in Johor Bahru and the actual working location is subject to the project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize meal plans and accommodation for foreign workers.
- Assist in planning and coordinating welfare activities and teambuilding events.
- Handle project paperwork and maintain records.
- Provide general administrative support to the project team.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Proficient in both written and spoken Mandarin essential for communication with Chinese institutions.
