Responsibilities:
Daily Visits: Conduct daily sales visits and complete targets with productive meetings.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Customer Service: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
Sales Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels including cold calling networking social media and sales visits.
Sales Presentations: Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.
Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to share best practices and support each other in achieving sales goals.
Professional Development: Attend workshops and training to enhance sales skills and industry knowledge.
Requirements
Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration Hospitality Management or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales role in the airline & travel industry.
Skills: Strong sales skills excellent communication and negotiation abilities leadership qualities and proficiency in CRM software.
Travel: Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and sales events.
Work Mode: Fully Remote
