Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic leader to spearhead the complete automation and digital transformation of our client s BPO operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong IT background expertise in process automation and a proven track record of leading large teams and managing an entire organization. This role requires a blend of technologydriven problemsolving operational excellence and strategic vision to take the company into its next phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Administration:
Grow and maintain all business administration services.
Manage all administrative and financial functions in implementing policies.
Team and Vision Alignment:
Advance the interests of the team as expressed in its vision and mission statements.
Provide effective representation to the system and the community it serves.
Operational Leadership:
Plan direct organize and manage the entire offshore operations.
Work closely with all service providers and staff to ensure worldclass healthcare service delivery.
Delegate duties and establish formal accountability measures.
Revenue Growth:
Design and implement effective operational methods to boost revenue.
Process Implementation:
Collaborate with process leads to ensure implementation of approved processes and programs.
Ensure compliance with licensing and accrediting bodies requirements.
Policy and Accreditation:
Review and respond to state or local surveys inspections and accreditations.
Participate in reviews and complete statutory statistical and annual reports as mandated.
Employee Engagement:
Facilitate regular interaction forums to improve employee safety professional knowledge and client & customer satisfaction.
Administrative Operations:
Oversee daytoday administrative operations.
Maintain the financial integrity of operations.
Quality Improvement:
Ensure the effective operation of a quality improvement process with periodic assessments.
Financial Compliance:
Conduct all financial transactions per pertinent standards and legal requirements.
Oversee the annual audit and take appropriate actions based on findings.
Procedural Updates:
Maintain and update operational procedures manuals promptly.
Communication:
Ensure effective communication across all departments.
Keep management and staff informed about legislation regulations and other impactful actions and recommend appropriate actions.
Safety and Compliance:
Ensure the safety of all employees and others is adequately addressed.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Staff Competency:
Ensure competent personnel are assigned to processes and are adequately trained.
Other Duties:
Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- 15 years of experience in ITdriven BPO operations including companywide leadership experience.
- Strong IT and automation expertise handson experience in RPA AI implementation or enterprise software integration.
- Proven ability to lead manage and scale entire organizations.
- Exceptional people management skills with experience handling large teams across multiple functions.
- Strong understanding of business process automation digital transformation and operational excellence.
- Ability to drive organizational change motivate teams and align business strategy with technology.
15+ years of experience in IT-driven BPO operations, including company-wide leadership experience. Strong IT and automation expertise hands-on experience in RPA, AI implementation, or enterprise software integration. Proven ability to lead, manage, and scale entire organizations. Exceptional people management skills, with experience handling large teams across multiple functions. Strong understanding of business process automation, digital transformation, and operational excellence. Ability to drive organizational change, motivate teams, and align business strategy with technology.
