Job Description
Position: LPN/LVN Med Surg
Location: Highlands NC
Pay Rate: $40/hr
Shift: Friday Monday 7:00 PM 7:00 AM
Weekly Hours: 36 hours guaranteed
Weekly Gross: $1440/week
Duration: 13 weeks
Start Date: ASAP
Work in a reputable facility with an 80bed unit (Average Daily Census: 58)
Supportive team environment Night shift includes 3 Nurses & 4 Aides
Handson patient care in a wellequipped setting (Sara & Hoyer lifts available)
EMR System: CareTracker (for ADLs)
Active LPN/LVN License (NC or Compact State)
BLS Certification
LongTerm Care Experience
2 years in skilled nursing
MDS Experience
Medication Administration
Wound Care
Documentation
Direct Patient Care
Nurse Aide Supervision
Hardworking highenergy and fun personality
Friendly and excellent communicator
Team player who fosters a relaxed and supportive work environment
Dress Code: LPNs wear sage green scrubs
Floating Area: N/A
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
OnCall: 2 night shifts every 28 days
Work Location: Inperson
