Licensed Physical Therapist at SUNY Syracuse NY FullTime
Rite Konnection Staffing is eagerly looking for a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team at SUNY Syracuse NY. As a Physical Therapist you will play a crucial role in our rehabilitation team providing expert care and designing treatment plans for patients recovering from injuries surgeries or managing chronic conditions. Your expertise in movement and functional rehabilitation will be key in helping our patients achieve their highest level of physical activity and quality of life.

Evaluate patients condition and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans.
Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility relieve pain and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
Provide guidance and education to patients and their families on exercises condition management and prevention techniques.
Maintain accurate patient records ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Qualifications:
Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of New York.
Proven 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist or in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patientfocused approach to care.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently when required.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
