Requirements
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in IBM Lotus Notes/Domino administration and development.
- Experience with LotusScript Formula Language and @Functions.
- Knowledge of Notes/Domino architecture and infrastructure.
- Familiarity with integration of Lotus Notes with other systems and applications.
- Understanding of database management and troubleshooting.
- Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar support role preferably with Lotus Notes.
- Experience in managing and resolving technical issues related to Lotus Notes applications.
- Experience with upgrades migrations and patch management for Lotus Notes/Domino.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customerfocused with a commitment to providing highquality support.
- Certifications (optional but beneficial):
- IBM Certified System Administrator Notes and Domino.

- Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
- Ability to document processes and create user guides.
