Job Title: Jewelry Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in selecting and purchasing jewelry ensuring excellent service and satisfaction.
Provide detailed information about products including labgrown diamonds to educate customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
Manage the sales process including billing and order completion.
Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Maintain an attractive and organized display of jewelry in the showroom.
Stay updated on industry trends product knowledge and customer preferences.
Qualifications:
Proven experience (2 years) in jewelry sales; labgrown diamond experience is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customerfocused approach.
Ability to handle highvalue transactions confidently and accurately.
Knowledge of current market trends in jewelry and gemstones.
Trustworthy wellgroomed and professional in appearance.
