Job Description
- Collaborate with leadership to define and execute AI/ML strategy aligning AI opportunities with company goals
- Design develop and deploy AI solutions that automate enhance and optimize advertising processes
- Finetune large language models (LLMs) and other generative models to improve product features like content generation targeting and user experience
- Develop and implement Agentic AI solutions including designing and deploying AI agents to enhance system performance
- Work with crossfunctional teams to integrate AI models seamlessly into the existing product ecosystem
- Develop scalable productionready AI models using Python or Go focusing on performance and deployment
- Apply MLOps practices for deployment version control and performance monitoring of generative models and AI agents in production
- Stay updated on the latest trends in Generative AI and Agentic AI bringing innovative ideas to drive AIdriven business growth
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to other engineers on AI/ML best practices
Qualifications :
- 5 years of experience in building and deploying AI/ML models with expertise in Generative AI and Agentic AI
- Proficiency in Python or Go and deep learning architectures for generative models
- Experience developing products using Generative AI models for image generation natural language generation or synthetic data generation
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms (supervised unsupervised reinforcement learning) and Generative AI techniques
- Experience with finetuning and deploying LLMs at scale including for specific use cases
- Experience in developing and deploying AI agents to improve system functionality and product features
- Handson experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS) for deploying and scaling generative models and AI agents
- Familiarity with MLOps frameworks and version control for managing AI models in production
- Excellent communication skills for presenting technical concepts clearly
- UpperIntermediate or higher level of English
WOULD BE A PLUS:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science machine learning or related field (PhD preferred)
- Background in software development
- Knowledge of AdTech specifics and advertising domain
- Familiarity with A/B testing data pipelines and AIdriven experimentation
- Experience leading crossfunctional AI projects focused on Generative AI and Agentic AI
