Job Description

Coordinate import shipment activities including customs clearance and documentation.

Develop and implement policies and procedures related to imports.

Coordinate with international suppliers buyers freight forwarders and customs officials to ensure smooth trade operations.

Plan and monitor the logistics process for both exports and imports ensuring timely delivery and cost optimization.

Coordinate with thirdparty logistics providers warehousing and shipping teams to manage inventory transportation and customs clearance.

Negotiate and maintain relationships with suppliers freight forwarders and other service providers to ensure competitive pricing.

Purchase Vendor development & Vendor negotiation

Monitor shipping costs tariffs and other charges optimize import and export expenditures.
