Job Description

Job Title: Lead Generation Specialist

Location: Remote US

Working hours: 9:00am to 5pm EST

Salary: $1300 to $1500 per month depending on experience commission / performance incentives offered

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. This role is a hybrid of sales operations and administrative tasks focusing on managing client accounts and data in CRM systems. You will have experience with tools like Clay and HeyReach and can handle both backend operations and potential client communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with tools like Zapier and n8n to automate workflows and sales processes. Ensure daily monitoring of automation systems to catch and resolve any issues promptly
  • Collaborate with the founder to create and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various tasks ensuring that processes are documented repeatable and scalable.
  • Track the success of campaigns and outreach efforts. Report on performance optimizing campaigns as necessary and provide actionable insights to improve results.
  • Use social intent signals particularly on LinkedIn to identify potential clients and leads. Execute LinkedIn connection requests and followup sequences enriched with AIgenerated insights using tools like Clay.
  • Create and execute highquality cold email outreach campaigns ensuring best practices and performance are met. You’ll need to engage in testing tweaking and optimizing email copy to maximize responses.
  • Use BreakCold for social selling campaigns engaging prospects in DMs crafting personalized messages and nurturing leads.
  • Stay uptodate on best practices for cold email copywriting LinkedIn outreach and automation. Embrace a growth mindset and actively seek opportunities to optimize workflows.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent
  • Proven experience in lead generation conversion optimization and funnel management.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Proficiency in using data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
